Lovely stay in the heart

The location of Couper Spiga was fantastic, just a short walk from the Duomo and surrounded by chic shops. Our hostess, Saba, was welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home.

However, finding the reception was quite confusing due to the call system outside a locked door. The room's air conditioning was not functioning properly during our stay, causing some discomfort.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed staying in a beautiful junior suite, but the toilet issues were frustrating. While the staff communicated via WhatsApp, prompt responses could have improved our experience. Dining options nearby were delightful. don’t miss the local cafes for breakfast! Be ready for a unique check-in process.

absolutely terrible experience at Couper Spiga! The air conditioner blew hot air while i was sweltering in my Deluxe Double Room, and there were no toiletries shelves, so i had to leave my stuff everywhere. And to top it all off, I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but no one even noticed!

confusing entrance

Finding the reception was like navigating an asteroid field—confusing and frustrating due to a call system outside a locked door. The room was on the small side, and when it heated up, the tap in the shower decided to detach. The lighting took a while to figure out, and half a roll of toilet paper expected to last two nights just didn't cut it.

The room was super cozy, and I loved the quick email replies before my arrival. I also enjoyed unwinding in the lovely lounge area and took advantage of the peaceful garden for a little quiet time. The bed was a bit smaller than expected, but it still didn't ruin my experience at all! 😊

beautifully decorated room

the location of couper spiga was just perfect, right in the center! our room was charming and beautifully decorated. It was spotless. the bed was wonderful, too! saba gave us a warm welcome and helped us with everything we needed, including our taxi reservation.
